In most cases the issue is caused by the fact that the SSL installation requires the main IP of your website to be changed to a dedicated one. The new IP needs up to 24 hours for a propagation. After the propagation ends you will be able to see your website via its primary domain without any issues.
If the issue persists after this time frame you should post a ticket under our Support Department so we can check and fix the issue for you.
